4. Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), depending on the selected service. Rates may vary based on distance, schedule, vehicle type, and additional services. Prices are communicated to the Client prior to booking confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment must be made according to the terms agreed upon during the booking: deposit, full advance payment, or payment at the end of the service. Failure to make payment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

The Client may cancel or modify a booking under the conditions provided at the time of confirmation. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time remaining before the service (e.g., 24h, 48h). Any modification must be confirmed in writing.

8. Liability

Luxury Shuttle Group undertakes to use all reasonable means to provide the service with due diligence. Its liability may only be incurred in the event of proven fault and is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable in the event of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, strikes, road blockages, etc.) preventing the performance of the service.

10. Personal Data Protection
